A memorial walk for suicide prevention. The walk will begin (registration at 9:30am, walk at 10am) and end at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Carlton, and refreshments and a short educational and remembrance presentation will follow.
The speaker this year is Dr. Claudia Weber, Psychologist from UMD’s Medical School. Information on suicide awareness and education, and TXT4Life will also be available. Participants may want to wear something with the name/picture of the person they are walking in memory of. Bethesda Lutheran Church is located at 204 5th St. North in Carlton.
