DIY: Home Improvement 101 Workshop

One Roof Community Housing hosts this home-improvement workshop, covering topics such as seasonal maintenance, prioritizing home repair, what to know when working with contractors, understanding building permits, fire & carbon monoxide safety, energy efficiency and return on investment.

Workshop speakers will include One Roof Staff, City of Duluth Lead Construction and Housing Inspectors, the Duluth Fire Marshall, Duluth Energy Efficiency Program staff, and local realty professional Lynn Nephew.
