Khenpo Sherab Sangpo leads this meditation retreat, offering practical instructions for cultivating a peaceful mind and open heart.

No religious affiliation or prior experience is necessary.

Khenpo Sherab Sangpo has been trained extensively with some of the greatest meditation masters of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.

This event is being held in the church's Fireside Room, on the upper level.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
