From the press release, "More Fun than Bowling is a comedic look at life, love and death. Following small town bowling nut Jake Tomlinson the play flips through the different chapters, and wives, of Jake’s life atop a hill overlooking his bowling alley. His first wife, Maggie, packs up and leaves him with their daughter, Molly, and a pink bike to remember her by. Add to that his second and third wife both die in bowling related accidents and Jake’s convinced that life has left him “holding an empty.” That is, if death doesn’t come for him first. But strange things are happening on the hill where his wives are buried and soon the boundaries between the past and the present become foggy. What is waiting for Jake may be exactly what he expected-and something more."
