The Summit at Giants Ridge is a 1,300-acre northern Minnesota property consisting of about 1,000 acres of mature timber with aspen, spruce, white/ red pine, oak and maple trees. The remaining 300 acres is open land for recreation and agriculture. The property includes a mountaintop parcel with the second tallest peak in Minnesota. The auction takes place in the Lodge at Giants Ridge, 6373 Wynne Creek Drive, in Biwabik.
