Downtown Duluth, the nonprofit community organization that promotes and supports the city's downtown area, presents Get Downtown week April 22–27. The event celebrates restaurants, retailers and breweries by inviting people to shop, eat and drink downtown and take advantage of special offers from about 30 participating businesses.

Handpicked vendors from all over the state of Minnesota and beyond bring junk, repurposed treasures and rusty finds to sell at the spring Junk Hunt, which runs April 25-27.
